About

I am a veteran High School Mathematics Teacher with over twelve years of teaching experience. I am currently pursuing a MED in Applied Digital Learning at Lamar University. I hope to graduate in December of 2023. I received my BS in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston in 2010.
I am currently teaching Algebra I and Honors Geometry at Churchill High School in San Antonio, TX. I have previously taught in Pearland ISD at Pearland High School and in Plano ISD at Clark High School. My driving forces are my students and the excellent administrators and educators I get to work with and learn from.
I am also a mother of three wonderful young adult children. I have been married for over 24 years to my best friend, Brent Patterson. I love to read and hope to learn how to sew and quilt in the near future.
